Delivering truly effective public transportation means putting the passenger at the center of every decision. This 90-minute webinar explores practical strategies for designing and delivering services that reflect the needs, preferences, and experiences of riders across both fixed-route and paratransit systems. Participants will learn how to apply customer-focused approaches to service planning, daily operations, and frontline interactions, with an emphasis on supporting people with disabilities, older adults, and other riders who rely heavily on transit. The session will highlight techniques for improving communication, building trust, and creating a more responsive and respectful rider experience.
