Credit card, check, or money order are accepted payment methods for all ESPA Consulting registration and purchase fees. Payment must be received by the registration deadline for each event. Registration deadlines can be found on the event webpages and online registration forms. Registration confirmation and further information will be emailed to participants once payment is received.
Online registration is required to pay by credit card. Online registration links can be found on each event page which are listed on the Course Schedule page. Please have your credit card ready before beginning the registration process.
To pay by check or money order, print this Check Payment Registration Form then mail the completed form and the check or money order to the address indicated on the form. If you are unsure that the payment will be delivered to our office by the registration deadline, scan and email a copy of the registration form to espaconsulting@easterseals.com and indicate that payment is on the way. NOTE: If you are paying by check or money order, it is not necessary to complete the online registration form.
